Sorry collectors! We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item - especially an item you have waited months for! Unfortunately, mistakes happen and products may get damaged during transit. In the event that this happens, please contact us with pictures of the damaged box or item and we will replace or issue a partial or full refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us.
If it is determined that the package is lost due to mis-delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order.
If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges - all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again.

If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the delivery address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 business days within the South Africa.
If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will not be processed until it's in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, the order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.
Once an item is processed for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking
information. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.
For delivery within South Africa, orders must total at least R1,500 before taxes.

If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer service. Changing your address under "My Account" will not change the address attached to your pre-order, it will only affect future orders.
If you purchase a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, you will be sent multiple shipments.
If you purchase pre-orders with the same pre-order release date, you will be sent one shipment.
If you purchase in-stock items that are shipped from different warehouses, you will be sent multiple shipments.

Pre-order products will be charged as soon as you checkout. This can be any number of weeks prior to product release date. Although payment has been made your order will remain in reserved status.

We are not sure whether products will be brought back into stock as this generally lies with third parties, however if there is sufficient demand for a product it will most likely be brought back! Be sure to connect with us on social media for more updates on figures releasing and also let us know if you have any requests for specific figures you are looking for!
Log in to your account. Go to your User Profile and select “My Order History”. Choose the Pre-order product you wish to cancel for a refund. Under the “Price and Totals” section, select “Order Refund” and it will ask you for confirmation for refunding your order. Confirm by selecting Yes and your refund will be available to you typically within 3-5 business days depending on your payment method. If you have any other questions about your refund, please contact customer service to request an order cancellation.
Unfortunately, once a Pre-order product has been ordered with our suppliers or once an order is ready for delivery it cannot be cancelled.
The product packaging is designed to protect the product, so unfortunately we do not offer replacements for damaged packaging unless the figure itself is damaged. Please report any and all problems with products received within 3 to 5 days of the items being received.

Products may appear brighter or slightly different in colouring depending on the lighting used when capturing the figures for marketing purposes.
We at Anime Culture South Africa will inspect packages received from our supplier to inspect the quality before proceeding to deliver it on to you, the end customer. We will never remove figures (or parts thereof) from their individual sleeving / packaging, only the box may be opened and resealed when processed for delivery to you.
